Delete your MystiCall account
You can permanently delete your MystiCall account and the personal data associated with it. If you still have access to the app, deleting your account from your settings is the fastest option. Otherwise, you can submit a request below.
Delete your account in the app
Open MystiCall and go to You → Settings → Delete account. Follow the confirmation steps shown in the app.
Request deletion without the app
If you no longer have access to MystiCall, submit the form below using the email address associated with your account. We may contact you to verify your identity before processing the request.
What happens when your account is deleted?
• Your MystiCall account will be permanently deleted.
• Personal data associated with your account will be deleted or anonymized, except where limited retention is required for legal, security, fraud-prevention or accounting purposes.
• This action cannot be undone.
• Any unused in-app balance or access associated only with the deleted account may no longer be available.
Manage your subscription first
Deleting your MystiCall account does not automatically cancel a subscription billed by Google Play or Apple. To avoid future charges, cancel your subscription through the store where you purchased it before deleting your account.
