  •  Purpose

These Terms and Conditions of Sale define the terms for purchasing prepaid credits that allow users to access the MystiCall service, an esoteric voice consultation by phone, available 24/7, operated by an artificial intelligence under the name Orion.

  •  The service

MystiCall offers an immersive, intuitive and personalized voice experience through short messages delivered by Orion.

Messages are generated automatically by artificial intelligence. This is not a human seer but an automated voice‑guidance system.

The service does not constitute medical, psychological or legal consultation, and implies no obligation of result.

It is intended exclusively for entertainment and personal development.

Using the service in situations of psychological distress, medical emergency or risk is strongly discouraged. MystiCall cannot be considered a substitute for a healthcare professional, therapist or qualified human support.

Access to the service is strictly reserved for adults (18+). Any use by a minor is the responsibility of their legal guardian.

  •  Purchase of credits

Users purchase minute packages through the official MystiCall website before calling the consultation number.

  • Prices are displayed in US dollars ($), inclusive of all applicable taxes (VAT included).

  • Secure payment is processed via Stripe (no banking details are stored by Callsy).

  • Validity period: credits remain valid for two (2) weeks from the date of purchase. After this period, any unused minutes will automatically expire and cannot be refunded or carried over.

  • No recurring subscription is applied: purchases are made on a pay-per-use basis, with no commitment.

  •  Refunds or credit reallocation

No refund will be made except in the event of a proven technical incident validated by MystiCall (network outage, server bug) preventing delivery of the service.
The user must contact support within 48 hours with evidence (e.g., screenshot, operator logs). If verified, lost minutes will be reallocated as equivalent credits.

No other reason (dissatisfaction, unmet expectations, etc.) will give rise to a refund.
MystiCall cannot be held responsible for interruptions, outages or additional costs related to your telephone operator or network connection.

Any prediction or guidance delivered by Orion a entails no obligation of result and cannot give rise to any compensation.

In any event, MystiCall’s liability is limited to the amount actually paid by the user for credit purchases. No additional compensation can be claimed.

  •  Right of withdrawal

Pursuant to Article L221‑28 of the French Consumer Code:
The right of withdrawal cannot be exercised for service contracts fully performed before the end of the withdrawal period and whose performance began with the consumer’s prior express consent. By confirming the purchase, the user expressly agrees that performance begins immediately and waives the right of withdrawal from the first call.

  •  Confidentiality

Calls with Orion may be recorded strictly for technical purposes, to ensure service quality, handle complaints and provide follow‑up in case of incident. These recordings are never used for advertising or marketing. They are retained for a maximum of 365 days, then deleted automatically.

In parallel, MystiCall retains only the data necessary for operation and service improvement:

  1. Call duration, credit consumption and technical connection logs,

  2. Information voluntarily provided by the user (first name, date of birth),

  3. Summaries automatically generated by the AI to improve experience continuity,

  4. Data related to transactions (name, email, payment data via Stripe).

 

This data is stored in our secure customer database (Airtable) and used exclusively to ensure account tracking, billing and experience personalization.

Our provider ElevenLabs, acting as a processor, may access recordings solely to provide and maintain the service, in compliance with the GDPR.

  •  Liability

MystiCall disclaims any liability for decisions taken by the user following a voice consultation.

The service is provided “as is”, for entertainment purposes only.

MystiCall does not guarantee continuous service availability.

Liability is excluded in cases of force majeure or issues related to the telephone/internet operator.

The guidance provided has no medical, psychological, legal or financial value.

MystiCall reserves the right to suspend access to any user whose behavior is deemed abusive, disrespectful or contrary to these terms.
