MystiCall isn’t an idea from nowhere. It continues a family story: the grandmother, the mother and then one of the co‑founders practiced phone clairvoyance, always with the same desire to soothe hearts.   • Are my conversations confidential?

Absolutely. Your calls are confidential and protected. Your personal data is used only to deliver the service and manage your account, in accordance with our privacy policy.

  • When can I call you?

Anytime. Even in the middle of the night. Whenever you feel the need, I’m here and ready to listen.

  • Is the service restricted to adults?

Yes, MystiCall is strictly for users aged 18 and over.

  • Why are packs shown in minutes?

For simplicity: you choose a clear pack —  3 mins, 6 mins (+1 free), 15 mins (+1 free). Purchased minutes are valid for 2 weeks after purchase and actual time is counted by the second.

  • Do I lose minutes if I hang up before the end?

You only pay for the time you actually use. Every second counts, in the good way.

  • What happens if I don’t use up my pack?

Unused time remains available. You can call again whenever you like, up to 2 weeks after purchase.

  • What if the call is cut off?

No worries. If a technical interruption occurs, contact our team. After verification, any unused credits will be reallocated.

  • Can I get a refund if I’m not satisfied?

MystiCall provides a unique, instantly accessible experience. Under Article L221‑28 of the French Consumer Code, used minutes are non‑refundable. If you encounter a technical issue, write to us and we’ll find a solution.

  • Are there bonuses or special offers?

  • Why isn’t Mysticall just ChatGPT?
