1. About these terms
If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the website.
These terms do not govern the future MystiCall mobile application, paid subscriptions, in-app purchases, or voice-conversation service. Separate terms will be provided before those services become publicly available.

CALLSY is a French simplified joint-stock company (société par actions simplifiée) with share capital of €100, registered with the Paris Trade and Companies Register under number 989 559 596.

3. Current website service
The website currently provides editorial articles and general information about MystiCall; symbolic and reflective experiences presented for entertainment and personal reflection; and a voluntary email waitlist for launch updates.
The website does not currently sell a product or subscription, process a payment, create a mobile-app account, or provide the future app’s voice service.
Joining the waitlist does not guarantee a launch date, invitation, feature, price, geographic availability, or access to the future app. You may leave the waitlist at any time by emailing hello@mysticall.ai.
4. Entertainment and reflection only
MystiCall content is designed for entertainment, creativity, and personal reflection. It may use symbolic, intuitive, astrological, numerological, tarot-inspired, or AI-assisted language.
The website does not provide medical, mental-health, legal, financial, employment, or other professional advice. It does not diagnose conditions, verify supernatural claims, guarantee predictions, or promise a particular outcome.
Do not use the website as a substitute for qualified professional support or emergency services. Decisions remain your responsibility. If you are in immediate danger or experiencing a medical or mental-health emergency, contact the appropriate emergency service in your location.
5. Age
The website and waitlist are intended for adults aged 18 or over. Do not join the waitlist if you are under 18.
6. Acceptable use
You may use the website for lawful, personal, non-commercial purposes. You must not interfere with its security, availability, or operation; attempt unauthorized access; submit malicious code, automated spam, or false contact information; scrape, reproduce, republish, or commercially exploit substantial parts of the website without written permission; or use it in a way that violates applicable law or another person’s rights.

The MystiCall name, branding, visual identity, editorial content, illustrations, interfaces, and other original materials on the website are owned by CALLSY or used under license and are protected by intellectual-property laws.
You may view the website and share ordinary links to its public pages. No other license is granted. Reproduction, adaptation, distribution, data extraction, or commercial use requires prior written authorization unless applicable law expressly permits it.
8. Editorial content and availability
We aim to keep the website accurate and available, but editorial content may contain errors or become outdated. We may correct, update, reorganize, suspend, or remove website content at any time.
We do not guarantee uninterrupted access, compatibility with every device, or that every feature will always remain available.

The website may link to third-party services or social networks. Those services are controlled by their respective operators and governed by their own terms and privacy policies. A link does not mean that CALLSY controls or endorses every statement made by the third party.
10. Responsibility

Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, including liability arising from fraud, willful misconduct, gross negligence, or rights granted by mandatory consumer law.

12. Governing law and disputes
These terms are governed by French law. If you are a consumer, this choice does not deprive you of mandatory protections provided by the law of your country of residence.
Before bringing a claim, please contact hello@mysticall.ai so we can try to resolve the issue directly. Any dispute that cannot be resolved will be submitted to the courts that have jurisdiction under applicable law.
No paid consumer contract is currently concluded through this website. Consumer-sales and subscription terms, including any legally required dispute-resolution information, will be provided separately before paid services become available.
13. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms to reflect changes to the website or applicable law. The date at the top identifies the current version. Continued use after an update means the updated terms apply from their effective date.
